There are 25 GP practices in Bexley grouped into 3 localities (Clocktower, Frognal and North Bexley).
All patients registered with a Bexley GP can now also request a GP appointment between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturdays and Sundays (including bank holidays) at one of two GP hubs (Queen Mary’s Hospital and Erith Hospital) in Bexley.
Bexley local medical committee (LMC), comprised of locally elected GPs, is focused on providing local leadership across health and social care, building and sustaining strong local relationships with CCGs, NHS England regional teams, local authorities, voluntary sector and patient groups. LMC members, supported at London-wide LMCs, meet regularly to discuss, constructively challenge and influence the way local services are developed to meet diverse patient and population needs.
